Dominion Virginia Power

Berger was selected by Dominion Virginia Power (Dominion) to delineate wetlands, obtain a Jurisdictional Determination, and conduct a cultural resource survey along the 7.6 mile alignment of a new 230 kV transmission line between the new Brambleton Substation and the new Greenway Substation in Eastern Loudoun County, Virginia. To support the permitting process, Berger will determine the location and extent of jurisdictional wetlands and other waters of the United States within a 100 foot right-of-way (ROW) along the alignment. At the request of the Virginia Department of Historic Resources (VDHR), Berger will conduct a cultural resource survey at the proposed project site.
