- Zagreb Toll Motorway, Croatia 
The Louis Berger Group in association with IGH (Civil Engineering Institute of Croatia) was appointed to undertake a feasibility study of the Traffic and Revenue for the M12 Rijeka-Zagreb Toll Motorway Project (150 km) in the Republic of Croatia. The tasks undertaken included new data gathering, classified traffic and O/D surveys in order to carry out data analysis, produce traffic models and simulation. This was followed by traffic and revenue forecasts, and a detailed economic analysis. This assignment assisted the Concession Company to assess the financial and economic viability of the project, with a view to finalizing a possible financing structure for the project as a public/private partnership which was planned to be developed as a key link in the Rijeka-Zagreb-Budapest (SW-NE) corridor in Central Europe. |
