A2 Toll Motorway Project, Poland 
As Technical Adviser to the lending group, the Louis Berger Group performed the technical due diligence review of contractual documents for the A2 motorway concession project between Nowy Tomysl and Konin (150 km) in Western Poland. In particular, the Louis Berger Group reviewed contract and technical conditions with respect to the Concession and Construction Contracts and the Operations and Maintenance Agreements. The Louis Berger Group liaised with the Concession Company (AWSA), lenders and shareholders, and reviewed the balance of risks, and general and specific conditions. The Louis Berger Group assisted in negotiations with the stakeholders in order to refine the contract terms with the goal of achieving financial closing of the project, under the lead arrangers Commerz Bank / Credit Lyonnais. |
