Fields Creek Bridge, WV

In Kanawha County, West Virginia, Berger completed the designs for the replacement of the Fields Creek Bridge and its approaches. The 73-foot, single-span structure spans Fields Creek with integral abutments. Berger's duties included field studies, final designs and the preparation of construction contract plans. Due to the existing traffic volume and limited options for an off-site detour, the Team also had to develop a detour alignment and a temporary bridge.
